I don't know my User Name.

Your Username is your email address.

I have forgotten my password.

Go to our website and follow the prompts: /forgot-password

I have completed the evaluation form, but how do I apply for financial assistance? Is there something I am not doing correctly?

We will have automatically received your evaluation and that is all you need to do. 
Your eligibility will be assessed and if you are successful you will be notified by email requesting your bank account details. 
Payment will then be made directly into your nominated account.

I am unable to complete the evaluation.

Your final day of placement must be completed before you complete the Evaluation.  Log back into the website with your username (email address) and you should know your password.
Once you have logged in, go to ‘complete evaluation’ then click in the box, which appears blank.  This will display a list of any outstanding placements with evaluations to be completed.  Select the appropriate placement and follow the prompts. We are automatically notified once you have completed the online evaluation and eligibility assessed.

Am I eligible for financial support/travel subsidy?

If you meet the criteria you will be eligible for travel assistance.  At the end of your placement you will be forwarded a link to complete a short ‘tick the box’ evaluation. We are automatically advised when the evaluation is completed.

I completed my evaluation but have not received a subsidy.

If you are eligible for a subsidy payment will be processed via EFT, but it may take a few weeks.

How do I make an accommodation booking?

You must register on our website and ensure you add your placement dates.  Follow the prompts to make your booking online.

Where do I collect keys?

Please refer to the Student Accommodation Policy and Upcoming Notification email that was emailed to you. If you have misplaced this information, please email us and we will provide the relevant details.

I am beginning my placement soon and I have not received any information about picking up keys etc.

Please refer to the Student Accommodation Policy that was emailed to you.  All information is emailed out a week prior to your arrival in the accommodation.  Kindly note payment needs to be made prior to arrival in applicable properties before information is sent out.  If you have misplaced this information, please email us and we will provide the relevant details.
